Glueless drawer box (locking double-wall drawer + sleeve)

Two part slide box whose drawer needs no glue: the side walls are doubled, folding over on themselves to trap the corner flaps of the end walls, and lock tabs on the returns push into slots in the base. The sleeve is a four panel tube closed with a glue flap.
